UK Customers

UK orders are sent tracked with Royal Mail.

International Customers

We offer tracked shipping around the world. Our courier is Royal Mail and you can find their shipping partners in your country here. We also offer untracked shipping for low value orders. If you choose this option, you won't be able to track your order.

Duties

We ship Delivery Duties Paid (DDP) within the EU, therefore our EU customers won't be charged for any customs, VAT or processing fees once the parcel reaches its destination country. We aren't able to ship DDP outside of the EU, so customers outside of the EU may incur extra duties and taxes costs.

Wrong/incomplete delivery address

If you enter a wrong or incomplete delivery address, you must contact us immediately. We will not be able to refund you for your order if it gets lost. If the order is returned to us, then we will offer to refund your order or ask you to pay shipping to send it out a second time with the correct address.

Unclaimed Items 

Orders returned to us marked as 'unclaimed' by the postal service will either be refunded by request or shipped again with an additional shipping fee. You won't be refunded the original shipping cost. Unclaimed international orders can take up to 4 months to be returned to us. We cannot refund orders until we receive your original shipment back.
