Returns and Exchanges

We accepts returns 14 days from when you receive your item. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. 

Gift cards, face masks and giftwrap are non-returnable. 

If you want to exchange an item, send us an email at 404@errornogo.com. We only offer exchanges to UK customers.

Please leave a note inside of your order number. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. If you are returning an item internationally, please declare your parcel as 'returned goods' on the customs declaration.

 

Refunds  

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. 

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. Please be aware that it can take as long as 7 working days for a refund to be processed by your credit card company. International customers will not be refunded the original shipping cost.
